Dublin City Council wishes to invite tenders for the provision of Second Level Support and Professional Services for it's Microsoft Exchange environment. The SLA which Dublin City Council is seeking is as follow: Between 8:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday and between 9:00 and 17:00 at Weekends and bank holidays Dublin City Council is also seeking professional services for special projects which might arise during the lifetime of this contract.
