Tender description

Provision of Colorectal / Stoma Care Service. The successful contractor will be expected to support a service that provides a multidisciplinary team to achieve a high quality service to patients with colorectal disease within the primary and secondary setting. The Health Board is seeking a service partner who would cover the full cost of providing the service; to include: - Funding of nursing staff - Free appliances to inpatients - IT patient management information system plus support - Provision Home Care Service via Dispensing Appliance Contractor
