EirGrid PLC require an On-Line Form application with associated workflow to meet internal Business requirements for two separate Departments 1. EirGrid TSO: 1.Grid Development & Commercial (GDC), require Generators requesting connection to the Transmission / Distribution system to be able to do so on-line This needs to be through a secure portal, and accessible only to authorised internal and external users. Once the Generator submits the application, the new system needs to manage the workflow back and forward between EirGrid and its Customers though the clarification and Modification process until requests for connection are approved. 2. Single Electricity Market Operator (SEMO) require an On Line Form application to assist registration process of New and Existing Participants registering Parties and Units, as well as TSOs, MDPs and SEMO internally. The application must support: Creation of a secure On-line Registration portal, accessible only to authorised users, both internal and external to SEMO. Support for the collection, storage and management of data and documents relating to the SEM Unit Registration process. Ability to provide summary information (on screen and via data exports and reports) for Management reporting and other reporting purposes. Ability for SEMO to export the data collected into the required XML formats for consumption by the Central Market Systems (MPR and MPI applications).
