32sqm single storey extension, internal refurbishment and associated site works to the existing 240sqm Mortuary. The new extension works include for the construction of a Visitor WC, Accessible WC, WC lobby and main entrance draught lobby. The internal refurbishment works include for but are not restricted to the demolition of internal walls and partitions, the replacement of ceiling and flooring finishes, the creation of new external wall door opes and the construction of new internal partitions to form a Preparation Room, Cleaner's store, Organ room, Viewing room, Family room and enlarged office. The associated site works include for but are not restricted to the creation of a new vehicle ramp, pedestrian ramp & steps, external patios and services connections.
