Renovation and Alteration Works to SFPA Office in Howth, Co Dublin

The Sea Fisheries Protection Authority (hereafter referred to as “SFPA”), invites responses to this Expression of Interest (EoI) from economic operators for the provision of building and extension works for the SFPA Office in Howth, Co Dublin. The first stage of this public procurement competition is a prequalification stage during which expressions of interest are invited from interested economic operators. The submissions from the applicants would be evaluated, and successful shortlisted applicants would be invited to tender during the second stage of the public procurement competition. This Public Procurement Competition relates to the provision of Works and related services for extension and renovation of the SFPA Harbour Office in Howth, Co Dublin. The successful tenderer(s) would be able to provide a total solution either as a company, joint venture or consortium.
