Tender description
The Contract has been awarded to Abtran. The Contracting Authority is inviting proposals from tenderers to provide service centre assistance primarily for social worker registration application and renewal processes. The Contracting Authority is planning to outsource three key related processes as well as customer relationship management and query handling for the registration of social workers in 2013 for a period of 9 months from March 2013 but also for the registration of any other profession whose register may open in 2013.
