Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) Infrastructure Support and Maintenance

Tender description

The NTA seeks an experienced ICT service supplier who can provide technical support and expertise to manage the NTA’s ICT infrastructure and systems. The NTA seeks a range of support services, some of which will be required on an ongoing basis, others as needs arise. The services will need to facilitate the ICT requirements of the Authority and provide a comprehensive support service, which can minimise downtime on business critical systems whilst maximising performance and efficiency. This section gives an overview the services required from the successful Tenderer. The list of service elements forming the Services are indicative only, are not exhaustive and are subject to change in consultation with the successful Tenderer.
