RPA have awarded a contract for a Market Research company to carry out Quantitative and Qualitative Market Research regarding operational Luas lines, planed Luas and Metro lines or Luas and Metro lines under construction and any other areas of research as defined by RPA.The research required could include but is not limited to: brand awareness research, communications effectiveness research and customer satisfaction. Data collection could involve but is not limted to focus groups, face to face interviews and other quantitative and qualitative collection methods.
