Services RequiredKilkenny Tourism Ltd seeks Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified Service Providers in relation to:1. The provision of a range of marketing, development and co-ordination services to further the recently published business plan of Kilkenny Tourism Ltd. This role requires a marketing professional with senior level experience in developing and executing innovative and effective marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be required to:- Develop an overarching strategic marketing plan for Kilkenny Tourism which encompasses all elements of the marketing mix including; advertising; direct marketing; website and e-direct mail; social networks; public relations; market development; competitions and promotions; and trade show/event presence and participation. The final plan should include a vision and overall strategy for Kilkenny Tourism but should also speak to specific campaigns, tactics, timelines and methodologies and should include budgets, key performance indicators and measureable results.- Lead the development of a suite of print and online marketing materials consistent in brand, message and language including, but not limited to, the main Kilkenny Tourism brochure, specialist brochures to support various key market segments, the organisation's website and online presence, ad hoc collateral such as trade show banners, and internal reference documents such as an organisational style guide.- Manage third party suppliers to secure best value and ensure high service level and quality for all Kilkenny Tourism activities. Review relationships and tender contracts where appropriate.- Plan and administer the Kilkenny Tourism marketing budget.2.
