The IT Commercial Framework will be the principal route to market for National Highways (NH) corporate IT requirements providing services, tools and equipment to our staff and supply chain necessary to operate our business effectively and responsibly and to safely operate, maintain and develop our Strategic Road Network (SRN) efficiently for our customers and our workforce.
