Provision of Civils and Infrastructure works projects between £500,000 and £5,000,000 in value. Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo and acting on behalf of QE Facilities Limited, has established a framework of contractors capable of delivering Civil and Infrastructure schemes within the UK for the whole of the Public Sector. The framework covers, all types Civil and Infrastructure schemes, including but not limited to; road, rail, water and air transport infrastructure, energy production infrastructure, water supply infrastructure and telecoms infrastructure. It is proposed that the term of this framework agreement will be for a period of 4 years from May 2022. The framework has the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirement. The procurement involved a single stage process following a Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open Procedure. The framework is split in to 4 value bands, each value band is then split in to 10 geographical regions, and each region is split in to a further 9 Project Types giving 360 Sub-Lots and each Sub-Lot will operate with a maximum of 9 contractors .
