Two ways in. Search the portals for live asylum tenders, or move earlier and track buyers before a notice appears. Stotles pulls notices from 100+ portals and sits them next to the strategy documents, board minutes and budget files where a council or a department first writes down what it intends to commission. On a market this heavily awarded, that head start is most of the value.

Services rather than property. Dispersal support for people living in or leaving Home Office procured accommodation, accommodation and support for unaccompanied asylum seeking children, appropriate adult and children's advocacy work, community hubs for asylum seekers and refugees, and enhanced primary care for people seeking asylum. Security and interpreting work attaches to the accommodation contracts rather than being tendered on its own.

Because most of this market has already been let. Of 1,708 notices, 791 are awarded and only 15 are open. The signal worth watching is the 253 at pre-tender: market engagement notices, provider questionnaires and framework plans that run months ahead of a tender going live. Track those and the open count stops being the whole picture.

Asylum notices most often carry 85311000 (Social work services with accommodation), 85300000 (Social work and related services) and 85100000 (Health services). Alongside this page's keyword filter those return 158, 132 and 266 notices. Coding is patchy here, and some on-intent notices carry no CPV code at all, which is why this page filters on keywords instead.

The Home Office spent 9,186 million pounds through procurement in 2024/25 (HM Treasury, Public Expenditure Statistical Analyses 2025). Asylum accommodation and support sits inside that total alongside borders, policing and immigration casework, so treat it as context rather than an asylum budget. Local authorities and NHS commissioners buy separately, which is where most of the notices on this page come from.
