TT Grandstand and Paddock - Site Build and Dismantle Works

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide site build and dismantle works at the TT Grandstand & Paddock Complex (TTGPC) to the Department for Enterprise Motorsport Team to be carried out between Monday, 23/05/2026 to Tuesday, 23/06/2026.<br /><br />The TTGPC is the central hub for both the TT and the MGP/CTT events. The TTGPC is located on Nobles Park and consists of a race support area, a race assembly area, the main Grandstand building, the race paddocks, living and camping areas, a Hospitality suite, a car park, and the Fan Park. The TTGPC is housed on public playing fields which must be transformed into the TTGPC. Infrastructure is erected, maintained, and dismantled to strict deadlines. The contractor will be responsible for a portion of this site set-up and dismantle works.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Quick Quote - TTGPC Site Build & Dismantle Works - Request Document<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday, 02/03/2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday, 09/03/2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
