TT GRANDSTAND AND PADDOCK POWER DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT

Tender description

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Paddock Power Distribution Management & General Operational Support to Department for Enterprise to be carried out between 04/05/2026 and 22/06/2026.<br /><br />The TT Grandstand and Paddock Complex (TTGPC) is the central hub for both the TT and the MGP/CTT events. The TTGPC is located on Nobles Park and consists of a race support area, a race assembly area, the main Grandstand building, the race paddocks, living and camping areas, a Hospitality suite, a car park, and the Fan Park. <br /><br />The TTGPC does not have the necessary power distribution in place to serve the event. The Department for Enterprise Motorsport Team (hereafter referred to as the Department) therefore engages with a power distribution specialist to supply the temporary power distribution equipment for the TTGPC site for the TT Event.<br /><br />The service required is set-up, management, and de-rig of power distribution equipment and general operational support for the TTGPC for the TT Event in accordance with the Specification.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 02/03/2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 09/03/2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
