TT Grandstand and Paddock Complex First Aid and First Response

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide First Response and First Aid services to the Department for Enterprise to be carried out between 18/05/2026 and 31/08/2026.<br /><br />The TT takes place annually in May and June and the MGP/CTT event takes place annually in August. Racing takes place on the TT Mountain Course with practicing, qualifying and racing lasting a two-week period for both events. The TT Grandstand and Paddock Complex (TTGPC) is the central hub for both events and consists of a race support area, a race assembly area, the main Grandstand building, the race paddocks, living and camping areas, a Hospitality suite, a car park, and the Fan Park. The site spans 120,000m² and is visited by up to 45,000 visitors each TT welcoming spectators and visitors alongside competitors and teams, traders, sponsors, commercial partners, celebrities, VIPs, and dignitaries. During the event periods, the site combines people, plant and machinery, vehicles, fuel, temporary infrastructure and power, and entertainment all of which subsequently increase the risk of an accident or incident occurring on site. As the event organiser, the Department for Enterprise Motorsport Team (hereafter referred to as the Department) has a duty of care towards those living on and visiting the site. The Department therefore seeks to employ an event based First Aid, First Response, and Fire Safety Team to serve the TTGPC for the TT and MGP/CTT events.<br /><br />The Contractor shall provide a 24/7 First Aid, First Response and Fire Safety service at the TTGPC throughout the Event Periods in accordance with the Specification.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 26th February 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 5th March 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
