Quick Quote Request - Management of VillaGaiety Poster Sites

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide the printing of materials and manage VillaGaiety poster sites to Department of Education, Sport and Culture to be carried out between 10th March 2026 and 10th March 2028..<br /><br />The Department of Education, Sport and Culture is looking for an experienced printing company to take responsibility for:<br /><br />• The management of the poster sites around the Villa Marina and Gaiety Theatre complex, liaising with the VillaGaiety marketing team for Department shows as well as any show promoters for hire shows<br />• The printing of posters in varying sizes for display in existing poster sites around the Complex<br />• Weekly monitoring of all poster sites, taking a timely approach to the fitting, removing and replacement of posters in accordance with any agreed, updated schedule<br />• A monthly meeting with the Marketing Manager to review processes, print schedule and address any issues<br />• Printing of flyers on an ad-hoc basis<br />• Any other ad-hoc printing and installation of artwork or posters VillaGaiety require including but not limited to signs, stickers, and vinyl.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 27th February and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 6th March 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
