Quick Quote - Railings Replacement Programme 2026

Tender description

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide works to replace or refurbish a quantity of railings for the Department of Infrastructure to be carried out between May 2026 and March 2027.<br /><br />The works will include preparation, cleaning, painting, fabrication, galvanising and powder coating of the Departments railings at various location across the Island.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Doc 1 Quick Quote Evaluation<br />- Doc 2 Certificate of Non Collusion<br />- Doc 3 Financial Regulations Declaration<br />- Doc 4 Schedule of Confidential Information<br />- Enc 1 NEC4 Short Contract<br />- Enc 2 Paint Specification<br />- Enc 3 Steelwork Specification <br />- Enc 4 Railing Types<br />- Enc 5 General Specification<br />- Enc 6 and 7 Designers Risk Assessment<br />- Enc 8 and 9 Pre-tender Health and Safety Plan <br />- Enc 10 Project Charter<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 9th March 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 26th March 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason.
