It is necessary to proceed quickly with alternative proposals in light of Strategy and Resources Committee decision this week. It is not felt that a standardised framework offer would attract the specialised input which is preferred. This provider confirms that they are not members of any public sector frameworks. Proposed cost is felt subjectively to be reasonable.
