Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide 3 three year's annual servicing to the Department of Infrastructures Animal waste processing plant to be carried out between April 2026 and April 2028.<br /><br />The Department of Infrastructure is looking for an experienced contractor to provide annual shutdown maintenance service for the Animal Waste Processing Plant (AWPP). The Contractor will enter into the Agreement with the Department for a Three-Year term, commencing April 2026 with a possible extension of a further Two years at the Department’s discretion.<br /><br />Service Requirement/Specification<br /><br />The Contractor shall as part of the Services undertake the scheduled annual works detailed in the Annual Shutdown Service set out below.<br /><br />The AWPP will shut down for one week in April each year (date to be agreed between the Parties) in which time an agreed program of maintenance inspection, works and reporting will be undertaken. <br /><br />Shutdown Service <br />Annual<br />• Inspect and carry out routine maintenance on the following plant and machinery:<br />• SP 30/60 dual rotation crusher. <br />• David Brown Textron Series X Power Transmission (Grid type couplings).<br />• Brevini riduttori Gamma Base e series “S” gear unit; <br />• Wykes RM 10 PV092 18.5 kw Hydraulic Power Unit. <br />• Wykes RM 10 pump; <br /><br />Biannually<br />• Wykes 150m2 disc drier (including Hydraulic pressure test for inspection by RSA) and.<br />• Wykes 75m2 drier (including Hydraulic pressure test for inspection by British Engineering Services (BES)).<br />• Testing of 150m2 & 75m2 driers to have 10 bar Hydraulic test witnessed by the AWPP’s Insurer (BES). It is to be done in accordance with the AWPP’s “Written scheme of Examination” and the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000;<br /><br />Reports<br /><br />The contractor will be expected to compile a report to be submitted within 3 months of the shutdown to detail: <br />• works completed during the shutdown. <br />• Summary of work undertaken include findings and recommendations proposed for none-scheduled work required during the next 12-month period and the next annual service. <br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- AWPP QQ shut down doc Feb 2026<br />- AWPP QQ shut down ad Feb 2026<br /><br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday 2nd March 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Tuesday 3rd March 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason.
