As part of the Wellsprings Business Support offer, Bolton Council's Business Bolton and Oxford innovation have teamed up with Thornton and Lowe to deliver the Tendering made simple workshop on Thursday 19th Feb from 9 am to 11:30 am at The Wellsprings building , Howell Croft South, Bolton BL1 1SB.
