SKDC-1629 Leisure Centre changing rooms upgrade

Tender description

The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of works in respect of an upgrade to Leisure Facilities. Estimated total budget of £500k split as follows: *Grantham Meres Leisure Centre £200k *Bourne Leisure Centre £100k *Stamford Leisure Pool £100k *South Kesteven Sports Stadium £100k Selective refurbishment works of male and female changing area including, but not limited to: • Lighting and suspended ceiling replacement • Localised M&E reinstatements • Whiterock wall lining to selective areas • Limited cubicle and vanity replacements • Replacement of entrance doors and M&E service cupboard doors • Selective installation of roller shutter doors • Ancillary ceiling works • Installation of new flooring to corridor and locker rooms All works in accordance with current Building Regulations and British Standards.
