S30066 2025/26 State of the Network (SoN) Report

Tender description

The service will comprise the provision of strategic, technical and project management support to the asset management development team to deliver key functions, including: - Reviewing v1 of the State of the Network (SoN) Report and associated Methodology, as well as use cases for the SoN report. - Reviewing feedback received in respect of producing the 1st iteration of the SoN in respect of demonstrating continuous improvement opportunities in developing the scope for v2 of the SoN report, meeting requirements and use case. - Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and produce the content and supporting material for 2nd iteration of the SoN report, including documenting the methodology used to produce the SoN. Supporting communicating and embedding the SoN report. - Supporting consistency in processes and procedures being applied throughout the organisation, including a consistent SoN that provides a comparable year on year report.
