Pre-Market Consultation (PMC) – for Hotel(s) at the Leopardstown Campus

Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) wishes to hold pre-market consultation based on informal discussions with market suppliers to provide HRI with a greater understanding of the options available. Leopardstown Racecourse is one of four racecourses owned and managed by Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) and is the only racecourse in Dublin, located 6 miles south of the city centre in Sandyford, adjacent to Sandyford Business District, home to Microsoft European HQ amongst others. It is connected to Dublin city centre by the LUAS line and there are junctions with the M50 at both ends of the site. Horse Racing Ireland are looking to engage with hotel operators, developers and investors to better understand the potential for such a facility on the Leopardstown campus and how it might support racing activity and enhance Leopardstown Racecourse as a flagship destination within Europe for Horse Racing, Sporting and Entertainment Events. .
