Tender description
The British Embassy in Buenos Aires requested capital funding to progressively replace the HVAC units at the HMA’s Residence in Buenos Aires. Given the scale of the works, the project was structured and approved to be delivered in four phases to allow for operational continuity and budget management. The current request relates to Phase 2 of the programme, which includes the replacement of 12 HVAC units. Capital funding has been granted for this phase, with an allocated installation budget. Post successfully completed Phase 1, during which 16 units were replaced.
