Through this pre-market engagement (PME), Cardiff Metropolitan University (“the University”) is seeking to gain a be er understanding of the current systems and service capabilities available in the marketplace, that could poten ally provide a comprehensive Curriculum Management System (CMS) to the University. The University hopes that this PME exercise will help inform future procurement decisions.
