This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to explore market capability, solution approaches and delivery models that could strengthen financial foresight, operational insight, workforce management and decision‑support within a local‑government context. Responses may propose a single integrated platform or a modular, closely integrated suite of solutions. This RFI does not constitute a call for competition, Invitation to Tender or commitment to procure. It is an outcomes‑centric market engagement exercise to inform future strategic and commercial considerations. Aberdeenshire Council is undertaking a preliminary market consultation to seek market insight on modern approaches to supporting Finance, HR and Payroll systems.
