Tender description

ICRIR needs a secure, scalable, legal focused Case Management System that allows all documents to be created, stored, and searched under individual matter numbers, while integrating with BOX (used mainly for transferring data to external partners) and SharePoint (the main internal repository). The system must support delegated access integration with SharePoint and operate on a cloud based platform that provides UK based data residency for all stored information. It should include strong search and template tools, support the preparation and storage of template court pleadings used in litigation practice, enable efficient e bundling and redaction, and offer permissions based access for sensitive matters. The system should streamline workflows, improve supervisory oversight, and produce useful management reports. Time recording and billing features are not required.
