Specialist Residential Placement for the Individual with Acquired Brain injury and Learning Disability - MC.2026.004<br /><br />Manx Care (a Statutory Board of the Isle of Man Government) ("the Board") wishes to explore the market, to identify interest from experienced, suitably qualified and registered organisations for the provision of a specialist residential placement for an individual with a Learning Disability, Epilepsy and Dysexecutive Syndrome. The placement would preferably be in the Northwest area particularly Liverpool, however surrounding areas may be considered.<br /><br />The Provider must be able to provide a specialist support on a 1:1 basis during the day and shared nighttime support. This will be reviewed on a regular basis as it is anticipated that once settled in the new environment, service user could spend increasingly small amounts of time on their own.<br /><br />For further information, please see the Pen Picture attached. <br /><br />Responding to this Request for Information<br />Interested parties are invited to submit a brief summary of their experience, capability and <br />proposed solution which should cover:<br />• Details of registration and latest inspection report.<br />• A brief summary as to why they qualify as a provider.<br />• An estimated cost of residential provision<br />By responding to this request, it must be understood that, at this stage, the Board are only <br />exploring options, no commitment is intended or implied and this request may or may not progress <br />through to a competitive tender exercise. An invitation to tender may follow this Request for <br />Information, but the Board is not under any obligation to issue invitations to responders to this <br />Request.<br /><br />For Further Information click `View Synopsis`.<br /><br />Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to "Express Interest".<br /><br />****PLEASE NOTE - Once you have clicked on `Express Interest` you will receive an email to advise that `Tender Documents have been published to the portal` and a `RFI Documents` tab will appear. This tab will provide you with any additional information documents. In order to respond to this stage of the process you will need to `Opt-In` and complete the `Form of Acknowledgment (PIN/RFI)` questionnaire, upload your RFI Response document and click `Submit Return` before the Expression of Interest deadline as detailed below.****<br /><br />When the RFI documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the `My Tenders` area of this website and selecting the `View Details` button on this project and selecting the `RFI Documents` tab.<br /><br />Expressions of Interest [and RFI Responses} will only be accepted until 12 NOON 10th February 2026. <br /><br />Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns WILL NOT be permitted.<br /><br />Any questions relating to this tender should be made via correspondence on the website and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above.<br />
