Quick Quote for Director of Communications

The Cabinet Office invites tenders from interested parties to provide a Director of Communications to lead a cross governmental programme of transformation across government.<br /><br />This pivotal role will be accountable to the Chief Operating Officer as Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) and provide strategic direction ensuring the successful delivery of a major cross-governmental programme focussed on delivering efficiencies, service improvements and public value.<br /><br />Please note: We are running a recruitment process and a Quick Quote procurement process in parallel to identify the most appropriate way to deliver this programme leadership. One or both processes may not result in an appointment, and the organisation will proceed with the most suitable option to ensure delivery of the Director of Communications role.<br /><br />The attached documents consist of:<br /><br /> - GTS-1247 Quick Quote Director of Communications Final .docx<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (17.00 hrs) on Thursday 12th February 2026 and the deadline for submissions is (17:00 hrs) on Thursday 19th February 2026, and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above-mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason.
