Tender description
This is a 2 year agreement with EUCLID to provide services for the Authority's Concessionary Fares Customer Portal (the Concessionary Fares Bureau) and the supply of concessionary travel cards (Card Management System (CMS) via call-off from existing public services framework contract (SAM).
