Lot 1: Lot 1 - General Consumables Lot 1 – List of general laboratory consumables including:<br/>- Plastic Consumables & Disposables<br/>- Filtration Products<br/>- Commonly used Pyrex, Duran<br/>- Quickfit & E-mil Glassware, Whatman Filtration Products<br/>- Commonly used Volumetric Glassware<br/>- Micropipettors & Pipette Tips<br/>- Non-Disposable Plastic Products<br/>- Plastic Containerware inc Bottles, Sample Containers & Storage Boxes,<br/>- Bench Top Equipment Inc. Ovens, Incubators, Water Baths, Heaters, Pumps, Meters,<br/> Balances, Centrifuges & Heating Mantles<br/>- Cleanroom Products Inc. Clothing & Cleaning Materials<br/>- Chromatography Consumables Inc. Syringes, Columns, Vials & Caps<br/>- General Laboratory Chemicals Lot 2: Lot 2 - Crypto Supplies Lot 2 – Crypto Supplies – Compressed foam filters for sampling of raw and potable waters<br/>and laboratory consumables to isolate Cryptosporidium oocysts and Giardia oocysts<br/>compliant with The Microbiology of Drinking Water (2010) - Part 14 - Methods for the<br/>isolation, identification and enumeration of Cryptosporidium oocysts and Giardia cysts Lot 3: Lot 3 - Crypto Supplies Lot 3 – Crypto Supplies – A fluorescein-labelled monoclonal antibody reagent which binds<br/>specifically to Cryptosporidium oocysts and Giardia cysts that display bright green<br/>fluorescence using a fluorescent microscope and laboratory consumables to isolate<br/>Cryptosporidium oocysts and Giardia oocysts compliant with The Microbiology of Drinking<br/>Water (2010) - Part 14 - Methods for the isolation, identification and enumeration of<br/>Cryptosporidium oocysts and Giardia cysts. Lot 4: Lot 4 - Enumeration Supplies Lot 4 – The enumeration of coliform bacteria and Escherichia coli by a defined substrate<br/>most probable number technique incubated at 37 °C compliant with The Microbiology of<br/>Drinking Water (2009) - Part 4 - Methods for the isolation and enumeration of coliform<br/>bacteria and Escherichia coli (including E. coli O157:H7). Lot 5: Lot 5 - Bacterial Media Lot 5 – Bacterial media – Media required for the detection of micro-organisms in potable,<br/>raw water and wastewater samples using membrane filtration and pour plate methods<br/>compliant with The Microbiology of Drinking Water (2009) documentations excluding Part<br/>14. Lot 6: Lot 6 - Sample Containers Lot 6 – Sample Containers – a selection of sterile and non-sterile containers of varying<br/>volume are required to take potable, raw and waste water samples. A portion of<br/>containers will require pre-dosing with preservatives. Lot 7: Lot 7 - Test Kits and Reagents Lot 7 – Tests kits and reagents for the detection of Chlorine, COD, Non-Ionic detergent,<br/>Hexavalent Chromium, Sulphide, Free Cyanide and Formaldehyde in water and waste<br/>waters. Lot 8: Lot 8 - Bacterial Reference Materials Lot 8 – Bacterial reference materials that contain a certified quantity of pure cultures of<br/>micro-organisms for internal quality control compliant with The Microbiology of Drinking Water (2009) documentations. Lot 9: Lot 9 - Chromatography Supplies Lot 9 – Chromatography Supplies - a selection of supplies to carry out routine maintenance of Gas Chromatographs and Liquid Chromatographs.
