Tender description

An Arts & Health programme (visual arts and crafts/mixed media programme) will be offered to patients who regularly present at GP surgeries in Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire living with a chronic condition and/or pain, social isolation and mental health difficulties as a result of circumstances/condition to improve health and wellbeing. The project will be delivered by an experienced arts organisation/s with a track record of delivering high quality arts provision to improve Lot 2: Lot 2 - Pembrokeshire An Arts & Health programme (visual arts and crafts/mixed media programme) will be offered to patients who regularly present at GP, this is a new service, which is due to commence in June 2026. surgeries in Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire living with a chronic condition and/or pain, social isolation and mental health difficulties as a result of circumstances/condition to improve health and wellbeing.
