SQ Description NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (herein referred to as 'the Authority') invite suitably qualified providers to attend this market engagement event for the provision of 'Integrated Discharge Support', which includes support services for patients on Pathway Zero (0). The model will comprise of hospital in-reach and follow up community support. The event will be held virtually on the Tuesday 03rd February 2026 at 10:00am. Registration is free and all details are available at the e-procurement portal: https://attain.ukp.app.jaggaer.com/ under the project title: sq_132 - Market Engagement Event: Integrated Discharge Support Scheme: Pathway Zero (0) for NHS Mid and South Essex ICB. The Authority aims to undertake a competitive process to award a single contract to a single provider. Given the nature of the service, local presence will be important, and the successful provider may seek to subcontract elements of the service where appropriate to VCFSE / SMEs. An overview of the service, procurement approach and timelines will be shared at the event. Deadline for registration is an hour before the event, Tuesday 03rd February 2026 at 9:00am. The event will be held via MS Teams Townhall from 10:00am - 11:00am (the event will be recorded and all materials will be sent to interested organisations that have completed an expression of interest.
