Works to State Care Monument, The conversion of Bellaghy Bawn into Writer's Residence. At ITT stage there will be a requirement that the main contractor has successfully completed at least 2No. conservation-led construction projects, with of a value of at least £1million each. Projects are to be on a non-domestic listed building, scheduled monument, or archaeological monument, which have involved the refurbishment of the heritage asset, involving conservation or archaeological constraints. Details of the projects may be requested prior to Award to verify experience. In order to apply for this project you must be registered on the CPD Dynamic Shortlisting system – BUILDING.
