Request for Quotation - Design, Build and Supply of an Incident Command Unit (ICU) for Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide a Design, Build and Supply of an Incident Command Unit (ICU) for Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service to Shared Fleet Services on behalf of the Department of infrastructure.<br /><br />The Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service (IOMFRS), part of the Department of Home Affairs, is seeking quotations for the design, manufacture, and delivery of a bespoke Incident Command Vehicle. This vehicle will serve as a mobile command platform for operational coordination at major and complex incidents across the Isle of Man.<br /><br />This procurement is being managed in collaboration with Shared Fleet Services, Department of Infrastructure, which oversees strategic fleet acquisition and lifecycle management for government departments.<br /><br />The Contractor will enter into the Agreement with the Department for a 36-month term, with a possible extension of a further 12 months at the Department’s discretion.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- Incident Command Unit Specification<br />- Incident Command Unit Layout<br />- IOM Government Standard Terms and Conditions<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 2nd February 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 2nd March 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
