Printing of the Sandwell Herald council newspaper Sandwell Council's Communications Team is seeking quotations from an experienced contractor to print the Sandwell Herald newspaper in line with its current look for a two-year contract covering the period 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2028. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
