PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT (PME) NOTICIFICATION - This is not a call for competition as THE TENDER DOCUMENTATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. The authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework for the provision of Materials Supply & Merchant services, for its members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies across the UK.
