Tender description
The works comprise the construction of a new 90sqm open sided glulam pavilion structure, complete with a traditional pitched slate roof. The contract includes the provision and installation of all associated electrical services, mechanical fresh water supply, drainage infrastructure, and external landscaping works required to deliver a fully functional facility.
