Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide a quotation to undertake Roof and Guttering remedial works at the Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre, Hills Meadow, Douglas.<br /><br />The project will deliver essential repairs and upgrades to the facility’s roof structure. The work will include, but not be limited to, replacing damaged components, installing new coverings and drainage systems. Full details and specifications are provided in the accompanying documentation. <br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- AX0365_RPT_01 Issue – Structural Appraisal (PDF Document)<br />- AX0365-01 Location Plan (PDF Document)<br />- AX0365-02 Existing roof structure (PDF Document)<br />- AX0365-03 Existing roof plan & defects (PDF Document)<br />- AX0365-04 Proposed replacement cladding plan (PDF Document)<br />- kingspan-day-lite-trapezoidal-rooflight-plus-1-3-construction (PDF Document)<br />- kingspan-quadcore-ks1000rw-roof-panel-construction (PDF Document)<br />- Quadcore KS1000RW data sheet (PDF Document)<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday 19th January 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday 9th February 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
