Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide the refurbishment and garage conversion of 33 Cronk Grianagh, Braddan to the Department of Infrastructure - Housing Agency. The works are to be carried out as soon as possible from the date the tender closes and are anticipated to last no more than 6 weeks.<br /><br />The works comprise the refurbishment of a void property, including refurbishing the kitchen and bathroom, decoration works, plumbing works, electrical works, drainage and gardening.
