Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide fluvial channel and topographic surveys of the Lhen Trench System to the Department of Infrastructure to be carried out between February 2026 and May 2026.<br /><br />The Flood Management Division (FMD) seeks a suitably qualified specialist surveyor to undertake fluvial channel and topographic surveys of the Lhen Trench System located in the north of the Island. <br /><br />The Flood Management Division (FMD), DOI will be the Client for this service. <br /><br />The aim of the study is to collect up to date channel survey data for the Lhen Trench and its tributaries; Andreas, Gat-e-Whing and Leodest ditches. This data will be used to update fluvial hydraulic models and will inform future flood risk management activities. <br /><br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- MCW25_11_QQRequestDoc_Lhen Trench System Channel Surveys.doc<br />- MCW25_11_NEC4 PSSC_Lhen Trench System Channel Surveys.docx<br />- MCW25_11_QQWebAdvert_Lhen Trench System Channel Surveys.docx<br />- Appendix A_Survey Extents.zip<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 20th January 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Tuesday 27th January 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
