Provision of Security Operations Centre and Cyber Defence services to the Rehab Group

Tender description

The contracting authority seeks the provision of managed cybersecurity services and supporting security platforms, including a fully managed Security Operations Centre and Cyber Defence service. The successful provider will deliver, operate and continuously optimise SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, cloud security, identity security, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, attack surface management, configuration/posture management, data loss prevention, human risk and security awareness, and financial fraud detection capabilities for Rehab Group with 24/7 monitoring, detection, investigation, containment and response across on-premises, Microsoft 365, and Azure in full alignment with GDPR Article 28, GDPR Article 32, NIS2 and Irish public sector cybersecurity guidance.
