Tender description

The Council's current selective property licensing scheme designation is due to end in November 2027. To have a renewed scheme the council must evidence the outcomes of its existing scheme and have clear justification as to why there is a need to introduce a new scheme. The criteria used to evidence the eligibility of having selective licensing is laid out in statute. The data, justification, rationale and decision making must be transparent, clearly defined and robust. ## Contract award
