Tender description

The Council's current selective property licensing scheme designation is due to end in November 2027. To have a renewed scheme the council must evidence the outcomes of its existing scheme and have clear justification as to why there is a need to introduce a new scheme. The criteria used to evidence the eligibility of having selective licensing is laid out in statute.
