The provision of an Easy Eyecare Service (Learning Disability & Autism in Optometry). Lot 1: The provision of an Easy Eyecare Service (Learning Disability & Autism in Optometry). The service provides the necessary reasonable adjustments for patients who would not be able to undergo a standard eye test. Adjustments include pre-appointments visits, completion of a functional vision assessment, and longer appointment time. Start Date: 1 April 2025 End Date: 31 March 2026 The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £36,000. The ICB are intending to formally award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C.
