The purpose of these services is to appoint a suitably qualified Consultant to support the Council in the delivery of the Struell Cemetery extension, Downpatrick. The Consultant will provide the necessary technical, design, procurement, and contract administration services to enable the successful expansion of burial capacity and associated infrastructure.
