Aberdeenshire Council Sheltered Housing have a duty to respond and reset fire panels after activation. Out of hours security contractor required to be called out and reset panel once alarm silenced by Scottish Fire Rescue Service. Lot 1: Aberdeenshire Council Sheltered Housing have a duty to respond to reset fire panels after activation. Any out of hours calls to be responded to by security contractor for resetting alarm panel following Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
