Quick Quote - Provision of an Independent Closures Review - A18 Mountain Road, Isle of Man

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide an independent closures review of the A18 Mountain Road for the Department of Infrastructure to be carried out between September 2026 and March 2027<br /><br />The Department is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake an independent review of the management, rationale, operational decision-making and policy framework relating to closures of the A18 Mountain Road on the Isle of Man.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Doc 1 Certificate of Non Collusion<br />- Doc 2 Financial Regulations Declaration<br />- Doc 3 Schedule of Confidential Information<br />- Enc 1 Mountain Road Review Consultancy Brief<br />- Enc 2 NEC4 Professional Services Contract<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 14th July 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 28th July 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason.
