Quick Quote - Pre-election meetings for the 2026 House of Keys General Election – Livestreaming and Recording of Meetings

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Livestreaming and Recording of Meetings to the Cabinet Office to be carried out between 7th September 2026 and 18th September 2026.<br /><br />Under the provisions in the Elections (Keys and Local Authorities) Act 2020 and the Elections (Keys) Regulations 2021, the Cabinet Office must arrange one pre-election meeting in each of the Island’s 12 constituencies. A record of each meeting must be made, which may be in the form of a video. <br /><br />The Cabinet Office has arranged 12 pre-election meetings (hustings) to take place between 7 and 18 September 2026. Each meeting will be held in a different school building, one in each constituency. Each meeting will start at 19.00 hrs and will run for approximately 2/2.5 hours. <br /><br />The Cabinet Office intends to arrange for audio-visual recordings of these meetings to be produced and made available online for anyone who is not able to attend the events in person. Ideally, these meetings will also be livestreamed. <br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 8th July 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 13th July 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
