Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Tree Felling & Vegetation Management Works to Isle of Man Railways, Department of Infrastructure to be carried out between November 2026 and March 2027<br /><br />Isle of Man Railways (IOMR) invites expressions of interest from contractors to undertake several major tree felling projects, along with hedge, verge and general vegetation management works along the full length of the Isle of Man Steam Railway (IMR) line. <br /><br />A total of 13 worksites has been created to break down the Railway into more manageable sections which cover the entire length of the IMR and totals an approximate linear meterage of 22.9 Kilometres (Stations are excluded from the works).<br /><br />Tree works are based on a large scale tree condition survey undertaken in 2025. Each worksite is provided with a Tree Survey Report, Survey Data, Aerial Plans and Photos which detail the recommendations for each asset. <br /><br />Tree License 753-25 has been granted by the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture that allows the work recommended in this survey to be undertaken for those trees owned by the Isle of Man Railways. Any trees identified under third-party ownership and state recommendations to them, must not be done unless otherwise agreed.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Quick Quote - IMR Vegetation Management Works 2026-2027<br />- IMR Vegetation Management Works 2026-2027 - Worksites <br />- Tree Works License 753/25<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Tuesday 1st September 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday 21st September 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
