Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to undertake phase 2 of the external decoration at National Sports Centre (NSC).<br /><br />The Contractor shall supply all labour, materials, access equipment, protection, and supervision necessary to complete the external decoration works to the National Sports Centre.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- External Decoration, NSC Plans – ZIP File containing the following:<br /> o 02 Rev B Site Plan<br /> o 03 Rev A Overall Roof Plan 150426<br /> o 04 Rev A Overall Elevations 150426<br /> o 07 Phase 2 Roof Plan 150426<br /> o 08 Phase 2 Elevations 150426<br /> o 09 Phase 2 Walkway 150426<br /> o NSC Phase 2 Re-Decoration Works DRA Sheet2 150426<br /> o Tender Preliminaries NSC Roof Phase 2 150426<br /> o Tender Schedule of Works NSC Roof phase 2 150426<br />- NSC External Painting - Phase 2<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Tuesday 7th July 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 17th July 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
